Order Processing TimeAll fully paid food orders will be processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders submitted on US federal holidays, weekends will be processed the next working day. Perishable refrigerated food will be prioritized for dispatch.

United States Domestic DeliveryStandard domestic transit time: 3–8 business days after shipment. Expedited fast shipping options are available at checkout for short shelf-life food items. We launch free domestic shipping promotions for orders reaching fixed cart amount regularly.

International Cross-Border ShippingGlobal standard food shipping transit: 7–22 business days, affected by destination country customs inspection, local food quarantine, remote logistics zones.Delays caused by customs food inspection, local import food restrictions, public holidays are out of our control.

Customs, Duties & Import Food ComplianceAll international buyers bear full responsibility for import tariffs, consumption tax, customs clearance handling fees, food quarantine charges required by destination countries.Buyers must confirm local laws allow importing packaged food before placing orders. We shall not reimburse any customs, quarantine related costs; we take zero liability for package detention, seizure or forced return due to local food import bans.

Lost, Damaged or Leaking PackagesIf tracking shows lost, missing, severely leaking or crushed food packages upon delivery, contact support with order number and package photos within 5 days after delivery attempt. We will coordinate carrier investigation and provide full refund or complimentary reshipment based on logistics results.

Undeliverable Returned PackagesPackages returned to Colorado warehouse caused by invalid address, buyer delivery refusal, unpaid customs/quarantine fees will deduct round-trip shipping fees from available refunds.
